The 40 Hearts Project began as a single hand-painted canvas — one continuous work, built in one continuous state of mind. When the painting was finished, it was cut into 42 individual cards. Each card is a fragment of the whole. No two are alike. No two ever will be.
Every card is slabbed and sealed — permanently preserved in the exact moment the painting ended. What you receive is not a print, not a reproduction, not a copy. It is a physical piece of the original work. The only one like it in existence.
